Intensives
An “Intensive” is a highly focused, one-to-one coaching session that delves deep into one specific challenge, offering targeted solutions for that particular issue. The intensive addresses immediate problems when life gets intense.
Empowerment Coaching
Empowerment Coaching focuses on positive growth and transformation in all areas of your life over a three- or six-month period. These programs provide a comprehensive journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
