How the Clear Knowing Intensive works:
Step 1: Reserve Your Session
Begin by reserving your 90-minute Clear Knowing Intensive session here. Payment will be due at time of reservation (see cancellation & rescheduling policy).
Step 2: Prepare for your Session
After reserving your Clear Knowing Intensive, you’ll receive an email confirming the day and time you selected as well as instructions on how to prepare for the intensive.
Step 3: Attend your session
Your session will be held via Zoom. The link will be sent via your confirmation email. Please see cancellation & rescheduling policy.
Step 4: Post-Session Support
If you have additional questions regarding the topic addressed during the intensive, email support will be provided for one week after the intensive concludes.

What is an Intensive and how does it differ from empowerment coaching?
An "Intensive" is a highly focused, one-to-one coaching session that delves deep into one specific challenge, offering targeted solutions for that particular issue. The intensive addresses immediate problems when life gets intense.
Whereas, our coaching programs focus on positive growth and transformation in all areas of your life over a three- or six-month period. These programs provide a comprehensive journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
How long is an Intensive session, and how many sessions do I need?
An Intensive session is 90 minutes long, providing an immersive and impactful experience. Schedule an Intensive whenever you have a specific challenge that needs immediate attention. For on-going personal growth and transformation, our three- or six-month coaching programs may be a better fit.
What can I expect during an Intensive session?
Our coaching sessions are highly personalized and confidential. During an Intensive session, you can expect a safe and supportive environment. You’ll experience a deep exploration of your challenge, personalized guidance, powerful insights, and practical tools to support you. The session is tailored to your unique goals and needs, offering new perspectives and actionable steps towards your desired outcome.
How do I choose the right Intensive for me?
Each Intensive is designed to address one unique challenge. Choose the intensive that addresses your current situation and desired outcome.
Clear Knowing Intensive: At a crossroads with an important career, relationship or life decision and unsure which option to choose? Can I book multiple Intensive sessions at once?
An Intensive is a ‘standalone’ coaching session designed to focus on one specific issue that needs immediate attention. Intensive sessions can be scheduled any time you need this kind of support. However, if you would like weekly or bi-weekly support over a three- or six-month period, empowerment coaching may be a better fit. I invite you to schedule a discovery call if you need clarity on which type of coaching is the best fit for you.
Can I request a refund or reschedule coaching sessions?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. While we don't offer refunds, we do allow session rescheduling if notified at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. See the refund and rescheduling policy above.
What if I need further support after the Intensive session?
For questions related to the topic discussed during your intensive, we provide email support for one week after your intensive session. If you're interested in a more extended coaching journey, our three- or six-month individual coaching programs provide continuous support and transformation.
